📦 Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
