Azienda Agricola U Vielu is a small organic farm in Airole, Liguria. We hand-pick, air-dry and pack our aromatic herbs on site — oregano, thyme, rosemary, sage and basil (Greek, Giant, Saint-Rémy, Classic Italian/Genovese) — keeping each batch simple and natural. Low-impact methods, plastic-free packaging and the clean, herbaceous flavours of our hills.
