Flavour: clean, herbaceous and gently bitter with notes of green olive and almond; naturally caffeine-free and low in acidity.

Brewing: 1–2 tsp (approx. 1–2 g) per 250 ml · 85–95 °C · 6–8 minutes. Enjoy hot or over ice.
